Xlite V2 has a Polling Rate of 1000 Hz, in other words it reports data to computer 1 time every 1.00 ms, while Ultralight Pro is characterized by 500 Hz or an input every 2.00 ms, making this last one having 50% worse Polling Rate. Lastly, the Lift Off distance of Ultralight Pro shows an higher value, 1.2 mm, a small difference of 0.20 mm. Anyway, Xlite V2 offers adjustable lift off distance through software.

Click and Shift Latencies

Pulsar Xlite V2 has lower click latency than Finalmouse Ultralight Pro, a small difference of 1.40 ms, 21% better Click Latency, which can be evaluated not really significant, in terms of compared performance. Anyway, we feel it is important to underline that the differences in latencies are often more perceptible from the machine's point of view rather than human's, reducing the real impact of these values and deviations. Let's now have a look, finally, to the general features of the two mice. They are equipped with different Switch Technology, Xlite V2 has Kailh GM 8.0 while Ultralight Pro has Omron; moreover, the Switch lifespan of first mouse is 80 millions clicks while the second is 20 millions clicks, 75% better Lifespan, a difference of 60 millions clicks that can be evaluated very significant.
